Can I invite others from my team?
Yes! Once you receive access to your WorkWise account and login credentials, your WorkWise Library will be active for 7 days.
Once you login, you can navigate to the 'Manage users' page, and invite as many people as you'd like to join your WorkWise Library for the duration of your 7-day trial period.
What happens when my 7-day trial ends?
Once your trial period ends, your WorkWise Library will be downgraded to view-only mode. You and any invited team members can still login and view your WorkWise content, but you will lose the ability to:
- Capture, create, or upload new content
- Edit, modify, or delete content
- Move or reorganize content
To retain access to the full suite of WorkWise features, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during or after your 7-day trial period.
Do I need an app or special device to use WorkWise?
WorkWise works with a variety of capture devices — so you can start with whatever you already have! Examples include a phone, tablet, XR headset, smart glasses, or wearable action camera. Each option has its own strengths, such as a hands-free, first-person perspective. Regardless of the capture device, you’ll start seeing value right away, and we’re happy to make recommendations based on your environment and use cases.
WorkWise is a browser-based app that can be used and accessed from any device that's connected to the internet, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.
